A MAD-Monday event on Resilience informed my subject choice of Meroogal gardens. Growing our own food benefits individuals, communities and our planet. The war-effort story encouraged growing your own vegetables and raising your own fowl - creating a resilient food garden. Today’s Edible balconies are in the same vein.
